They are all different but we always seek desirable elements such as condition, mileage, specification, desirability and value. We are not a discount trade centre but an efficient garage that is here when the customer needs us with excellent workshops and technical knowledge available".

We firmly believe you do not get anything for nothing in this world. Our customers are astute and knowledgeable. Every deal is special to us and them and in each vehicle's price is a six months parts and labour warranty, which can be extended to 1-2-3 years or even 'lifetime'. All vehicles are HPI checked against recorded damage, theft, incorrect mileage and outstanding hire purchase. A copy certificate is supplied free of charge. RAC, AA or other inspection are always welcome.

Every car that leaves Harfields is fully checked in the garage's appointed workshops. Any work that needs doing is carried out free of charge and if it is of a specialist nature Harfields will make sure it is taken to an expert in that field. When you buy a car from us and should something go wrong we will pay for any approved warranty claim direct and then handle all the claims paperwork. This is a major and unique service to the customer for a minor cost. Harfields can also offer finance and a breakdown recovery service that is very competitively priced. This includes home start, recovery and roadside assistance. European breakdown cover can be included at a small extra cost. Policies include caravan recovery and car hire.

To ensure customers get the best service possible, they are given Mr. Well's mobile no. on which he can be contacted until 9.00pm every day for any advice in case of breakdown or concern.
